Every iGUIDE® is delivered with an interactive floor plan and 360° panoramic visuals, giving the user full control over their experience while exploring the property. Navigation is better with an integrated floor plan because you know where you are at all times.
Basic Package (most common):
$295 up to 3,000 sqft then $.05 per sqft after 3,000 sqft.
Includes:
iGUIDE® 3D virtual tour with interactive floor plan, image gallery page, 360° Panos throughout.
RMS compliant measurements.
Floor plans in Metric and Imperial (above and below grade).
Photo Images throughout the interior, outside photos may be weather dependent.
Weekly viewing analytics and stats.
*Note: Basements and detached garages will be included in billable square footage unless requested not to measure.
Premium Package:
$350 up to 3,000 sqft then $.07 per sqft after 3,000 sqft.
Includes:
Everything in the Basic Package.
Adds more detailed floor plans and is VR compatible.
iGUIDE® Radix:
$225 1-30 scans (additional $2/per )
iGUIDE® Radix provides the technology for insurance and restoration professionals to capture and share comprehensive property data for use in estimating the cost of damages or documenting construction projects quickly and efficiently. iGUIDE® Radix is a simplified version of iGUIDE® that displays a lidar point cloud with slight wall identification instead of drafted floor plans. With the iGUIDE® Radix, there is no floor plan, measurements, pictures, or analytics.
RMS Only Measurements:
$195
Feel assured that you can deliver reliable measurements.

Drone Shoots:
$100 requested for same day as other services $150 for drone only
Aerial Video and Aerial Photography include video perspective from all angles and up to 12 pictures to showcase the dwelling and/or property.
*Note that Drone Shoots are dependent on the weather and possible height restrictions.
** All above is priced for the City of Edmonton and surrounding areas up to 50km from Edmonton city center, additional distance will be charged at $.75 per km.
